Neither of the staff members I dealt with were particularly friendly. they weren't rude, but I definitely didn't feel particularly welcomed by either of them The bathroom in my room did not have its own heating so it was cold pretty much the entire time which would've been nice if it were like July, but in December when it's 5°F outside the only way I could get that bathroom warm was if I heated the entire room up to like 80° there is almost no walk ability to anything beyond the gas station/corner store. If you don't drive and you need to get around by walking, this is not the property for you. (this didnt affect my rating, just for info). The freezer compartment of the mini fridge was just solid frost and actually even took up part of the top of the mini fridge so if you need the freezer part of your mini fridge in your room, have them check it before you check in

Everything was run down and dirty. I have stayed here before and it wasn’t perfect but now it’s gotten worse. The smell in the entire hotel is awful. My room was so dirty and it was never cleaned. Medication from last person was left on the night stand. The carpets were not vacuumed but they were dirty. Stained and smelled. The bathroom was dirty and smelled as well. The floor was sticky and the tub was dirty. The desk chair in the room was broken. The lounge chair in the room was stained and very dirty.
