they gave me a map on "recycled" paper, which was someone else's bill... with their name, address, telephone number and email on it. one keycard didn't work no towels at pool someone jimmied our door open while we were out one evening one night our door lock just didn't lock at all constant smell of cumin and/or turmeric

The staff was very nice, my room was very clean. The building needed some upgrades. The back door entrance to to my wing was not secured as the lock was broken. The railing for the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were rusted.

Very limited and dirty breakfast area,my couch was cut and and dirty my bathroom was not cleaned luckily my wife always brings cleaning stuff when we get rooms.stains on both beds and carpet was extra dirty, first and last time I will stay for the over $300.00 bill

Non-smoking room filled with cigarette smoke
Room was clean, even if dated. Woke up at 3 am with room full of cigarette smoke. Seems to be coming in through bathroom vent. Lots of unpleasant noises at that time as well. Told front desk in the morning that there was someone smoking, despite the sign at ten front desk indicating a non-smoking hotel or a $250 fine. I reiterated the room I was in so she could take a look but she did not acknowledge my concern.

Approved for a late cgeck out, but then called 15 minutes after checkouf asking when we would be leaving, felt rushed. Hotel smelled unpleasant, pool area stunk
