Most of the room was acceptable. The air-conditioning heating unit was disgraceful. It had months of dust and dirt all over the front and in the filter. I do have pictures for support. Even the vent grills in the lobby itself was the same condition hasn’t been cleaned in months. It’s a shame because it’s an excellent location. I could not use the unit because I was afraid of allergens and mulled I asked to be moved or refunded one night of my two nights stay but was refused.

We used to stay here almost every summer years ago, so when deciding to come back to the area for two days it was a no brainer in our mind to book this hotel again. Unfortunately, it seems some things have changed. The very first room we got after checking in smelled like a mix between mold and cat urine. We went back to the front desk and the lady working was very accommodating and kind- she quickly apologized and put us into a new room. The new room luckily did not smell, but it didn’t look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned. The beds were made, but you could tell whoever made them was in a hurry. We also found crumbs in our bed when we got into them at night time. When I went to shower I also found black hair in the tub. The rest of the room was clean, but it still makes you wonder. It’s a nice hotel, but it seems that the house keepers aren’t unfortunately doing what they should be. The hotel is in a good location as it’s right in the same plaza as all of the outlets. There is also a Starbucks infront of the hotel which was a plus for the morning.

Labor Day weekend

We waited to check in because on a busy Labor Day weekend in a busy town there was one person cleaning rooms and working the desk! We felt terrible for her! I’m sure she was screamed at all day! She was still nice sweet and greatful we were not screaming! She needs a huge raise!

Strong smell of marijuana in hallways the entire stay. Pool area was very dirty and hot tub was caution taped off with no notice. Water drained from hot tub.

I checked in on 8/22 and the TV did not work the first night, but it started functioning again at noon the next day. The front desk attendant mentioned that she would email the manager to arrange a deduction due to the inconvenience. However, as of August 25, I have not received any updates or seen any deductions on my bill.

The central location was great, but the hotel was run down. The lobby smelled of body odor and the room was very musty smelling, especially with the AC/fan on. There was peeling wallpaper and the light had stains. The bedding was not 100% dry which could have contributed to the musty smell. Wouldn’t stay again.
