BED BUGS!! I'm seeing several reviews about them as well. Clearly their "treatment" efforts are not effective. Front desk was combative about it and not even remotely apologetic. Like she was mad I saw one. We left immediately after seeing the encounter and she was being equally rude about refunding it. I had to have Expedia call them to negotiate. She also kept loudly re-stating that it was only for one night. Okay?? I didn't ask if it was for one night, I asked you to acknowledge that you put my children and our belongings at risk. I'm appalled by not only finding VERMIN on my CHILD, but also their conduct in handling this. The room wasn't clean to begin with. I chalked it up to "maybe my kids somehow messed this up already". I'm now seeing that this place is just a sh*thole. Don't do it. We ended up fleeing to the nearby Hilton and are having a much better experience. It's a shame because I used to stay here years ago and it's gone severely downhill.

Family wedding trip.

Hotel was very nice, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very basic and not the best eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great for the reason I was in the area. Did not use the pool area.

Rooms smell pot , not a quite hotel

First at arrival gave our key to the room . The room smelled POT, and the window was opened at 37 dégrée …. Switched room , was worst We were very tired after a 13 hours driving … Gave us an other room , upgraded It was okay But in the night , the heater makes squikky noise when working , waked me up every time it started … And many kids running and screaming all over the hotel , no control Not a quiet hotel to relax Better go to breakfast at the beginning because it’s a zoo I can’t imagine the reception are not advised of the room who smells pot And they were non smoking rooms

Room was clean. Heater was noisy. Bedding was thin and not fluffy, which is my preference. Location of the king bed suite was adjacent to the mechanical room and in the wing near the facilities, so a bit noisy, but that's expected with a hotel. Room was conveniently located on the first floor near the electric vehicle chargers that were free of charge. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices (some dietary/allergy restrictions considered) and the 2 women who were in charge made sure everything was filled and topped up continuously. Cheers to them for being so receptive and friendly too! Other staff was friendly and helpful also. Would definitely stay again!
