This room is way over priced. Night clerk was rude. The morning clerk was nice.The room was very basic, no frills. No coffee maker in the room. Small room but clean. Their breakfast is horrible (a granola bar). For $90.00 plus dollars a night we thought there should be more of a selection.

Great place to stay, very close to waterfront and shops/dining. Very friendly front desk staff! Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Lake George!

The rooms were simple, clean, and in a convenient location. It's not for a great night's sleep. There's a lot of light shining through the windows and the walls are extremely thin between conjoining rooms.

Some of the room was clean very clean. It was weird since on the bed it was only a sheet that covered the mattress not even a fitted one. There was electrical tape holding a peeling shelf together. There was no power from the outlet on the side of the bed closest to the window, so there was no light and I couldn’t charge my phone on my side of the bed. Water pressure in shower was extremely low and we could barely rinse off but it did keep temperature. Staff was decent though and apparently this was recently renovated but it definitely cut many corners. We only stayed here because it was an emergency situation. This place isn’t the worse in town, and is okay for a one night stay. Maybe we just got a crappy room in this case.

ITS A LOVELY HOTEL JUST A SHORT WALK FROM THE LAKE FRONT SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EASY AND STAFF WERE HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND LOOKED TO BE NEWLY RENOVATED WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT BUT CAN HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE STAYING IN LAKE GEORGE

Room A/C timer is off, even when you choose continuous cooling it will stop. Bathroom vent wasn’t working either. Now the door would lock but the extra safety lock is missing. Lady walked on us we responded that we didn’t needed housekeeping service but she opened the door. It’s our second stay here, but this time was something off with the specific room we had. Bed and room were clean.

Had a great one night stay for Balloon Fest

The parking was a bit odd -there was only one way in-if you met someone coming in when you were driving out you had to back up. Truck parked near entrance when we arrived which prohibited us from getting. Gentleman at front desk assured us he had told the individual to move. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly and working hard on laundry! The room was clean-only complaint was the bottom of the tub-it really needed a scrub-I realize when getting the room ready that can be time consuming-but I’m a cleaner myself and I want a spotless tub. Otherwise all was great!
