Nice comfortable motel. It's cozy and reasonably priced. It's quiet and the property is well kept. Parking with a boat is easy and there is power to charge the boat. I've stayed here several times and will stay again.

While the room smelled clean and looked clean it had a musty smell which was compounded by the stale air conditioner Oder. The AC was very loud and old. The toilet seat was loose enough to fall off, the towel rack in the bathroom did actually fall off. Reservations for two nights only stayed one left before 11am and was offered no refund. Never again.

Welcoming Surprise.

My husband and I reserved M2 in the main house. It was spacious, clean, quiet and overall welcoming. This was a pleasant surprise and the price was great. If we are in the area, we will stay again. Thank you.

Amenities were very nice and up to date but the room Needs a good cleaning. Dust and hair along baseboards, and windows. Thick dust on lamps and lamp shades but bedside tables and dressers tops were clean. Spiders and spider webs on door windows and ceiling. Throw rugs need vacuuming. Air conditioner filter needed to be changed so the air conditioner cycled on and off all night. Refrigerator microwave and toaster oven had bits of food left in them.
