Staff was so nice, grounds gorgeous and the heated pool gets an A ! The room was nice, albeit small. The only downside was thin walls. I think the folks upstairs were bowling at 4 AM...

The cost of our double bed room was very reasonable. The location is convenient and well within walking distance of downtown shopping and attractions. The pool was nice and warm even on an early October evening. There is nice access to Lake George with their docks and they have kayaks available for rent. They stay was very nice. My complaints are minor. There was some peeling paint in the bathroom, the parking was tight, and that had to be the worst hotel mattress I have ever slept on. I stayed in room 48. Overall, this stay was well worth what was paid to stay here. I will keep this open as an option if I return to Lake George in the future

Desk help was brand new and appeared to be thrown into the role without any training. It was her "2nd day". Despite this and her not knowing the property at all, it is a nice place with a nice lake side deck but no one around to help light the fire pits there.
