Mattress had a big brown stain. Room stunk. Dead flies in the window. There was junk in the hall way near my room door. Tried to check out exactly 20 minutes after I checked in and was denied a refund.

The room is dirty, bathtub dirty and broken. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I would rather pay more money. Very disappointed as I didn’t expect it to be wonderful but at least clean. They really need to update the rooms and property.

This motel seem to be in a safe area. It was a little more than a short walk to London bridge but doable. The place was clean and parking is good.

The room was moderately clean, and the ac/c worked(thank goodness!) Unfortunately, the bathroom had long hairs in the tub on the walls and in the drain. The shower curtain was not placed properly so it barely stayed in the tub and the towels should be updated as they feel old and small. The staff is absolutely kind and responsive, but I would recommend an update on the rooms and fresh/new linens and towels for bathroom and beds.

We didn’t stay as thy told that they had no record of our request for a handicap accessible room and they had none available. So we had to stay at another hotel. They told us that they could not give us a refund as our request was done online.
