We like staying here because of the view of the lake. However the complaint we have is the outside property conditions doesn't look like anyone ever takes care of or clean the grounds or get rid of weeds and trash and cigarette butts. The other complaint we have is in the room bathrooms in every room we stayed in. The toilets are for children, they are extremely low to the floor and barely big enough to sit on to do your business.This time our bathroom was dirty, toothpaste on the wall the tubb had to be cleaned out before we could take a shower. Maybe it's about time for us to give up the lake view for our many trips to Lake Havasu. It's sad because this place is a great place to stay except for the grounds and maintenance of grounds and rooms.

We didnt bring our pets. But lots of people did. Place is dated but honestly for $200 for 4 days 3 nights it was fantastic! Great views staff was amazing! The pool was warm and actually deep enough to enjoy (my whole family is 6ft and taller lol) great location! Most definitely will be my go to in Havasu. Ive paid 2x as much for way less! Thank you guys!!!!

Our pets were welcome but the room was not clean at all. They were very accommodating with are wishes to be on the first floor and toward the exit at the end of the hallway. They have really let this property go to h---. The grounds have not been groomed for a very long time if ever. It is so run down. It's a shame because we like the location and proximity to the channel and beach area.

I checked in late evening, friendly greeting and quick check in. My first room key did not work and when I returned, I was given a new key right away, said that happens every now and then. The new key worked, but had to use my shoulder to shove the door open- was stuck. The room was very large, huge fridge/ the size of a small apartment fridge. I ended up turning off the ac so I can hear the tv without letting the other tenants knew what I was watching. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had coffee in the room from provided coffee maker. Smooth fast check out process.

Not the first time booking this property. I didn't like that the properly is not as clean as before. bad smell as soonest you walk in. And staff seen like they didn't even want to work there. And big issue door key didn't work so many times. But you get what you pay for!

Old, ran down. Smells were so bad throughout the entire hotel I threw up. Cigarette, stale, pot, urine. Immediately checked out upon seeing the room. Then no one was willing to help refund or cancel the reservation despite me being physically ill and traveling with kids. It’s cheap for a reason. Don’t go.

Good but definitely needs some upgrades.

It was alright. Decent place to lay your head but there where a few things that need attention. The shower drained very slow. We had no pillow cases or towels when we first arrived, (late arrival). Room was clean though and the AC worked great.

There was dog feces in our room on the floor. I’ll never stay here again. The halls smell like cigarettes, the shower barely works, dog feces on the floor. It’s not clean. Shows lack of management and lazy staff.
