Great location and lot's of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Breakfast was simple with oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, bagels and coffee and juice! Will return again!!

We are booked for 2 nights we spend so much money for this hotel, hotel description 1 bedroom but when we check in there are no bedroom door no privacy there’s window between the extra bed not worth it .So we decided to check out we only stay for a night waste of money we are not comfortable staying.

We loved staying here! Check in was easy, and our room was really spacious. We got the Queen suite so it included a mini living room, kitchen with pots and pans, and a bathroom. Everything was clean! They do provide breakfast in the morning but honestly I would say it’s best if it’s your only option but other than that it isn’t that great. The workers are respectful and polite. And helped in any way they could. They have a really great check-in/check-out (3pm-12pm) just in case if you have a long night. Lake Havasu is about 5 mins away including jet skis and boating if you’re looking for that. And since this is a really small town everything is within a 10 min radius all around. The only downside of this hotel was the smell of marijuana in the lobby.

3 days before I was going to check in my mother had a stroke I called them and explained what’s going on and the manager told me oh well it’s pass the cancellation date sorry, wow zero compassion at this place and i been staying there for over 10 years I will never stay there again terrible service. Beds are very small and uncomfortable. Furniture is old and dirty. Breakfast is horrible. The only good thing about this place is friendly staff and great location.
