Super friendly receptionist Theresa. Sorted out a couple of items for the room immediately always smiling. Hotel on motel style and a little dated. Reasonable for 1 night stay. Very close to London Bridge and amenities.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to in my life. The Tolit had poop and pee all over it. I advised the front desk and I was told the cleaning crew has left for the day. It was memorial day weekend we booked for two nights. We were given gloves, cleaning spray and rags. There was hair in the bed, sick and tub. The walls were soiled with God knows what. There was trash stuffed in the peek hole to the hotel door. Coffee maker hasn’t been cleaned in months. Lamp shades stained yellow and torn. Carpet dingy and torn. Sink and tub both backed up. Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like your ribs were bruised the next morning. Don’t let the lobby fool you. Pool looks likes it’s 30 plus years old. Room smell like sewer. Towels are thin and stained up. No wash cloths. They say housekeeping is backed up. Ya right. This place should be condemned and torn down. They should not be allowed to use the Quality Inn name. There is definitely no quality what so ever. Too bad I can’t post the pictures. I plan on reporting this place. Don’t stay here!!!!

The front desk staff asked far too many irrelevant questions during check-in, making the process unnecessarily long and frustrating. On top of that, they were vague about when my room would be ready. I was told it might not be available until after 5 or 6 PM due to the Memorial Day weekend being sold out, but no clear time was ever given. The lack of clarity and efficiency was very disappointing

This was bad from the beginning.Been coming here for 6 yrs place was great but now and under new managemant and they are the worst.Ordered 2 suits bottom floor facing parking lot and conjoined rooms, i put the request in3 months proir to arriving, should have been no problem getting what we ordered, the rooms were available thru hotels.com. When we arrived didnt have the 2 rooms we ordered smaller rooms and family was in another building. We got into our rooms unhappily then as we were unpacking out stuff and trying to relax after the screw up on the rooms the maintenance just walks right in our room no knocking.After calling office for towels and waiting for 30 min my husband went to office to get towels only gave him 2 towels and 1 washcloth because they didnt have any more. While he was down there i was in room by myself when another maintenance guy walked right in again. Then our family that was with us had a big piss stain on the blanket that was on the bed. The floor wasnt mopped could feel the dirt and sand on the floor . The next morning went to breakfast it was awful sausage was gray the eggs were soggy and wet and as we were standing in line to get food the waitress said closing in 10 min but there was alot of food not even out on the table. There was no free breakfast ,it was terrible. This place has gone to hell new management dont know how to run a hotel. Will never go to quality inn again
