The room we stayed in (115) had a smelly chair in the corner. The chair had worn arm and head rests and It smelled like an old wet animal. The small carpet in the sink area was dirty and nasty and the small bathroom had long dark hairs on the floor. At about 10 pm someone burst through the door in the adjacent room, and they were laughing and talking loud into the night. This along with other loud noises from the building and the main highway right outside made it very difficult to sleep. I checked out a day early and the Manager told me I could not get any refund because of some 2 night pricing deal I was offered. Yet, the room was now free to re-sell to some poor souls. I will never go back to this hotel.

This property is worn out. Mismatched furniture, parking lot is shot...very limited parking because of boats and trucks. Everything is old... clean can't overcome old

I gave this facility a low rating due to it being dirty, and we were on the side closest to the highway, so it was very noisy. I was there around 3:45 pm to check in. They were kind enough to start our check in as the chick in time is 4 pm. After all the checking in routine, they told me that my room wasn't clean yet. They said I could come back or call later to find out if it was ready. By that time, it was 3:55 pm. I explained that I had just killed 6 hours driving around as our VRBO checkout time was 11:00. The gal at the desk was new but the other gal that was there helped and they were able to find me a clean room. Not sure I'd say it was clean though. Am assuming they're understaffed for what is a very busy and very large hotel. Breakfast the next morning was awful. Not much to choose from and again, they must be understaffed as there was one poor person doing everything. I will not stay here again.

This is an older hotel and you get what you pay for. It was clean, but run down, and I had some issues with the TV and bedding but the staff was very nice and prompt in fixing the issues. Our Door stuck and had a gap around the Jam which let is some light, and we faced a busy street with car noise, but again get what you pay for. The Pool was very clean and nice, but again run down. They did say they were starting on complete renovations soon. at price I paid ($73.00 a night) I would stay again, but if I had paid anything over that I would have been upset.

Mold In Room--

We did not stay at the Quality Inn. The room assigned to us had bad mold on the shower seat which where the upholstery had separated. There was also mold covered up by the caulking in the shower. The area under the toilet in corners and all along the base board was dirty. The housekeeping supervisor tried to help us and told us she was working on the problems. They did offer us a second room, ,but it too was not up to our standards. We just did not feel comfortable after seeing the mold and dirty bathroom floor in the first room. The front desk attendant gave us credit for the room without hesitation. This hotel needs some very serious work on the interior and some rooms should probably be closed off until the deep cleaning and possibly remodeling is complete.

This place should not be allowed to service travelers! Upon arrival, our room had not been appropriately cleaned, filthy floors, hair still in sink and tub.The towels were thread-bare, stained from use, and better used for rags. No Quality here!

We arrived around 10pm and notified the property before hand. When we arrived, they assigned us a room and headed to it. The keys did not work and we noticed the room looked occupied (the beds were not made and there were cups on the nightstand). They apologized and assigned us another room. The two keys they gave for that room did not work, so back to the office. They gave me two more keys, they also did not work. They made two more keys and walked with me to the room. Those keys and the master key did not work. Their solution was to assign a new room. While I was in the office my family waited near the room that wouldn’t open. We realized that the second assigned room was occupied when the guest came out as we stood there. The third room (and 10th key) finally worked. It was not the room I paid for, but after all chaos, I didn’t want to deal with it. I will never stay here again.

When we arrived there were at least 10 people in line. One person checking everyone in. We were told we had the lake view…not told that we also were on Hwy 95…we could not drown out the traffic noise. The corners in the bathroom were gunned with dirt and hair. I would never stay there again.

The staff here is great but the morning staff for breakfast was incredibly short. Our bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very small and the rug in the sink area needs to be deep cleaned or ripped out and thrown away. We had to wash our feet B4 putting our shoes on because they were dirty from walking on the floor. Very noisy place.

I have been staying skit over there years I am familiar with the property. I feel the prior owners took better care of the property than the current. I haven’t been here in awhile. Although they have refurbished some which the flooring and new bed spreads are nice. But the cleanliness is unacceptable. Floor in the bathroom needs scrubbed, walls and doors visible dirty. Toilet base dirty. Clogged sink. Towels were very dingy grey looking. Sitting chair would not sit in due to being dirty. This used to be our favorite place to stay but I think I will be looking for a new favorite.
