This place smelled terrible. The entire building smelled of stale smoke and mold. The room especially smelled like smoke. We couldn't handle it and left the next day. I didn't complain because I saw from other reviews it wouldn't help. We ended up going to the Best Western next door and that place was excellent!

The room smelled moldy & they gave us about 3 small towels and when I asked for more they told me to return dirty towels for 3 more small towels. I don’t know who uses tiny towels to shower. Also when you shower the water comes out all the way to the room. Very inconvenient but good polite front desk.

stayed on night and never again, the property is nice and very much clean, The stagnant say the same and that is all the way up to the hotel’s General Manager. Rude, confrontational, petal all out thumbs down GM should needs retraining in customer service. The only good thing i can say was the lovely lady i first incounter when checking in. polite, very well maintain and extremely knowledgeable. I would love to explain from beginning to end to long of a story.
