Nice variety of places to eat and shop. Prices were reasonable. What stood out with me and my husband was the outstanding customer service provided by every employee; from the valet, bellman, front desk, managers, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, shop staff… everyone was so nice and really seemed to enjoy their job. The property is stunning and clean! I look forward to our next visit there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came from the Fairmont Banff Springs and found Lake Louise to be a bit underwhelming. Activities were very limited. We were “upgraded” to a suite with a view (and noise) of their ongoing construction rather than the lake view as requested. Food options were very limited. There were no real options outside of the hotel. Very nice hotel with its own level of charm.

Amazing location. Service not up to expectations for Fairmont from concierge to the valet to the service at restaurants all average to below average. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The other restaurants for dinner were only average. Rental equipment on site was well maintained the team was good.

Absolutely Incredible Hotel
1000/10 Stay. Beautiful beyond words and a level of service one rarely finds even at most 5 ⭐️ hotels. 10mins from some of the best skiing in the world with a complimentary shuttle and VIEWS of the Canadian Rockies that will have you staring beyond the Lake in Awe for hours. Magnificent Hotel that we could not recommend more.
