Quiet modern room with a deep tub for soaking after long hikes. Breakfast was great. Bus stop and restaurants next door. Bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful answering our questions. I wish we'd booked a longer stay.

Amazing staff! Clean room. Love the jacuzzi and steam room to unwind the day. The location is great as it’s minutes away from Lake Louise and YOHO National Park. The breakfast is good too. Comes with 3 hot food, cereals, pastries, bread, bagel and make-your-own-waffle. They also have self-service laundry room too.

Big room with everything we needed. Great breakfast and great service from the staff. However, the sound transfer in the rooms is aggressive. We could hear every step taken in the room above us. The bed was also not great. It was pretty soft and the comforter provided was actually a bed skirt, which is bizarre. The staff had to hunt for a proper duvet (which was kind of them). Of the limited dog friendly options in Lake Louise, I was happy overall that we picked to stay here and I would return.

A freight train right outside, dirty sheets, dirty bed, two fire alarms - the fire inspector who showed up some time later seemed to treat it as a regular occurrence at this location. Breakfast is at another building. Poor communication from staff.

This place was beautiful and so peaceful. Not like all the touristy towns such as Banff or Canmore. The hotel and staff were just lovely. We couldnt be any happier with our stay here. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Fairly basic but very well presented hotel. Everything worked well - room was good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a basic, help yourself buffet, but that was ideal if you were heading out for the day and didn’t want to linger too long. Ideal position for exploring the lakes, gondolas and restaurants in the area.

The lodge was very easy to locate, and not too far from lake Louise. In addition, it was within walking distance from decent restaurants. The breakfast buffet was subpar, not too many selections and not that appetizing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

This is 5-min driving to lake Louise shuttle bus station! The view is so amazing in the hotel! I would suggest people who want to see sunrise and reserve morning shuttle bus choose this property to stay! Breakfast is also not bad.
