We were pleasantly surprised with how upscale the hotel felt with new modern colorful furnishing in the lobby. The room were even better than we expected! The bed was comfy the mini kitchen was had everything you could need and the table and sofa made it feel like home!

Easy to get to. Clean. Friendly staff. Even has a walking path nearby. Morning food was satisfactory. I prefer marriot property breakfasts to Hilton’s, but it’s complimentary and gets the job done.

We had a problem with our pillows. We saw an employee in the hallway. She happened to be the housekeeping manager. Rather than saying she would let her staff know. She resolved the problem herself. I felt this was excellent customer service and wanted to post what a credit to the hotel she is.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Stay in Lake Mary, FL

I didn’t like the hour wait before my room was ready. We booked months in advance and kept getting e-mail reminders but Hilton had to clear with Hotels.con so all we could do was wait for Hotels to get back to Hilton. The service was awesome - she brought me water while I waited - answered every question and was as sweet as she could be - and remained sweet and thoughtful throughout our 2 day stay. The room was worth the wait - I used the gym AND and the pool and I JUST booked another room for another 2 nights 5 months after my first stay but I booked directly through Hilton instead of using Hotels.com to hopefully avoid the wait time checking in.

Roomy and comfy

This place was so comfortable and I loved how the separate rooms were layed out the restroom was accessible by their own door so you didn’t have to go through one bedroom to get to the restroom. Nobody gets woken up very roomy clean quiet we really enjoyed our stay.

Short but great

We got in very late. The staff person at the desk was very nice. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Check out was easy peezy.
