Photos provided online did not match rooms proper description. Gaps between main door and door frame let bugs and sunlight into the room. We asked for clean sheets and never received them so for two days we slept on the mattress pad. Had to request more towels that were stained. Shower had a huge crack on the wall and was letting water into the wall and it would drain an awful color once water was turned off.

Its over priced no real breakfast parking could be better and directions to your room needs help the elevator is not set right to stop on the floor you want people getting lost asking me were something is the bathroom was not clean hairs on shower walls

We'll be repeat guests!

We stayed in the king deluxe lake view room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The convenience of the bars and restaurant being easy walking distance from hotel with security patrolling. The adult pool was fantastic and there is a little boutique! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. The Sky Bar with live entertainment just completed our evenings. I was most impressed with the owners. They walk around and introduce themselves and ask if everything is ok. They even assist their staff in cleaning spills and clearing tables. Owners who take care of their staff in that manner definitely takes pride in their business!

Stay was good. Just okay room but it was clean. First night woke up as next door couple was smoking weed and talking outside our room at 4am. Not the resorts fault but it was very disturbing especially the stink. The bar Encore was nice. A little pricey but happy hour was very reasonable and the staff was great. Nice adult only pool with swimup bar was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Could not find a place to park. Stairs were poorly lit and inconsistent in depth making it difficult to manage in dark. Distance to outdoor pool was unexpectedly far. Beds were comfortable but rooms were outdated.
