The Crowne Plaza is the perfect stay for a cozy winter weekend. The atmosphere, the drinks, the views, there is so much this hotel has to offer. We come here every year in the winter for a weekend getaway & we always look forward to coming back!

We had an incredible experience at the Crowne Plaza Lake Placid. Friendly staff, delicious dining, and spacious indoor pool were all the highlights of our trip. The location was perfect for easy access into town. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza however the window in our room overlooked the pool and was at ground level. The room was quite dark because of this and upon check in when I looked out there was a man sitting there staring at me. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner is ok but not great. Lastly there are very few areas for people to congregate and there were many families who wanted to come together to eat. They took up the common areas with their food and drinks (alcohol) and it made it hard for my husband and I to relax outside the room, had our room been brighter it may not have been so bad but it was disappointing for the money we spent.

Stayed here for two nights at Christmas for ski trip, Room was cleaned. bed was comfortable and The staffs was friendly. If I had to pick something to say, then the hot tube water was not hot enough. Anything. Aside from that, it's Excellent, I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time here. The restaurant and the lounging area was beautiful with wonderful ambience. All of the staff were amazing. Very clean. Not to mention the kids enjoyed the pool.
