Very nice property with a great staff. The room was somewhat noisy with the road right behind our room and the water running noise with the next-door shower. We would definitely stay here again, but request a room not next to the road. Great pool and spa!

Hello, they gave us a different room which is below our expectation. Missing the kitchenette, and smell smoke or cigarette. The bathtub door glass is dangerous, not working nor sliding well, In fairness, the lady working on Saturday morning was nice, friendly and helpful, including the tech who brought us extra blanket. Thanks for that. The pool and spa are refreshing.

Stayed here in October. No snow but mid 50s low 35s weather. Super close to heavenly village walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby gas station etc. also walkable to marina the lake shore. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Room was neat and clean

Consistently clean and only two blocks away from the lake. Go for 100 building with Windows facing the lake. Not quite a lake view but pretty darn close. A short walk to the golf course which has the most unbelievable views of the lake imaginable

We had a fantastic stay for a quick family trip. We rented a two-bedroom unit and a smaller suite with two queen beds for the grandkids, and it felt like having our own apartment. The property was incredibly peaceful and spacious, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool and hot tubs were amazing, and everyone had a great time. Special shout-out to the two women at check-in who were super nice and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to return!

The place is quiet feels safe. It is walking distance to everything, even the casinos. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. There is an AC in the bedroom that only works when it wants to. Most of the outlet plugs only have 1 working outlet. There is no window in the TV area which makes it feel dark. Overall it's a great, cheap place to stay.

Room smelled like chlorine and nothing was done about it. Declined to change rooms for us. Property is very old, floors and walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on from upstairs and neighboring rooms

We have stayed at 3 peaks multiple times over the years. It is clean, has all the basic things you need. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is very convenient to walk to heavenly village. We will continue to stay here when we visit South Lake Tahoe.

I love this hotel, it has a Mountain vibe which I love, and it is so close to walk to downtown. The room was clean and spacious, with the kitchen well equipped with all we need for the breakfast with kids, the fireplace makes this space so cozy. I love been here, I have stayed in this hotel many times and will continue booking here! Thank you!
