One night away

Overall this place is nice and a good value. I feel the staff needs to focus a little more on the cleanliness of the floors. The carpet in our room was pretty bad (damp, sticky, and many dirt spots) but not to the point we couldn’t live with it. We were only there one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, it was a nice experience. The location was awesome. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy walk to nice restaurants. Carpet needs to be replaced or people without pets. Need to have an option of a room that pets have not been in. Bed pretty mushy and uncomfortable Front Desk staff very nice.

I didn't care for the "tea bag style" of coffee in the room...in previous years they offered a complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee/tea, muffins, bagels, yogurt & a chat with the friendly staff. Our room needed serious light fixture maintenance & some of the white towels were dingy looking.

Remodeled older hotel, nicely styled. Unfortunately they nickel and dime you for everything - not even free coffee/tea in the lobby. $4.00 for an individual s’mores roasting package!? A turnoff. Location good tho.

Nothing to do at this property. The carpet was dirty and the bed was not super comfortable. The AC unit was super bright all night. You could hear noises all night.

Base camp is right in the middle of everything you need! All in walking distance! I have stayed in many hotels/motels and Base Camps noise level was zero! I absolutely recommend it!
