Jacuzzi tub.

Honestly after pulling up to the place based on the exterior, I was already disappointed, in pictures had a fire place in room.. mine did not ., but.... After going into the room , which was very clean, and surprisingly had a double person Jacuzzi, which was absolutely amazing.. best tub I've been in in lake Tahoe. Id definitely stay again..

Suite was not sweet

The room on the website and the room we got were two different rooms. The only thing that was the same as the website it did have a kitchenette.The room had no place to hang your clothes nor did it have any drawers to put your clothes. Our room was serviced once in six days. We sat our trash outside the door and it sat there for three days. The only ice machine was in the laundry room by the main building which was a block away from our building which was an old abandoned hotel that Econo Lodge bought.

Our new go to hotel in Tahoe

I was incredibly concerned when we arrived at the hotel because it was clearly a renovation site but thankfully the room was really pretty and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the young woman at the check in ( and check out) was super sweet and friendly. Great experience over all. We will definitely return again.

My stay was for 3 nights. The staff was extra helpful. I asked for, and was assigned to, a downstairs room prior to my very late arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable. A couple things could have been done differently by the property. The heat in the room was off even tho the temperature was 20 degrees. The other thing was the lack of anywhere to hang clothing. Rool had no dresser closet or clothing rack. Overall great room and price was excellent.
