I had a disappointing stay at the Econo Lodge Inn. During the night, there were unattended dogs barking in the room next to mine, which made it difficult to sleep. I tried calling the front desk, but no one was available—there was no staff on site to handle the situation. The police had to be called, and they also confirmed that the front desk was unstaffed at the time. When I brought this up to the front desk in the morning at checkout, my concerns were brushed off, which I found very frustrating. Additionally, the staff was unable to provide basic local information, such as nearby fast food options. The room itself had issues as well—the bathroom floor was water-stained, and the shower leaked water all over the floor when in use. Overall, the lack of service and attention to maintenance made this a poor experience.

Fine for a solo traveler, I'm glad I didn't stay here with the family. The AC sounded like it was trying all night long but just couldn't quite get the room cool. Also very bummed that half of the car chargers were bagged over, and the other half were Tesla only

Well, it’s a budget hotel and dang is it noisy. The air conditioner (critical in summer as non of the windows open) sounds like a jet airplane. I’m not even terribly sure it works, always felt hot. The hotel is 12 ft away from the busiest road in South Lake. Parking sucks. I would say spend a little more and get a decent nights rest somewhere else.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I've ever seen. The walls were filthy. The bathrooms were filthy. We have two adjoining rooms one room had a coffee pot the other one didn't have one. One had a hair dryer one didn't. The hair dryer didn't work anyway. It was just a filthy nasty place! Do not stay here

So there were lots of bugs in our room on the second floor. We were moved to 3 different rooms on the first floor and there were bugs in all 3 rooms. We were told to take a room on the second floor and if we didn't like it we could check out. This what we were told by the manager. The last room finally didnt have bugs but it was very disgusting to have so many bugs in these rooms. I will not be staying here again.

There were no towels, towel holder, toilet paper, or toilet paper holder. They are in the middle of remodeling. We had to go to the front desk twice to get supplies. The bathroom plug didn't work either.
