The property is outdated and there are no elevators so if you have a bad knee or back, tough luck! We had to carry our bags upstairs and it was very unpleasant. It was pricey for the type of service we received. There was also an employee in one of the rooms taking a break before we arrived which showed me there is no communication between the staff. It was beautiful outside and walking distance to pretty much everything. The breakfast was good too, I just wish they had elevators to accommodate those who have a lot to carry.

Really great location for all types of activities and nightlife. Lots of dining options. Hotel comp breakfast is good with many choices from cereal, toast, bagels, yogurts and eggs, sausage and hash browns. If climbing stairs is hard for a person I would suggest booking a room in the buildings that have elevators. Rooms are spacious and kitchens have everything, plus apartment size refrigerator, etc. The king bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be updated for sure. Pillows were good and bedding was adequate for summer for sure. The room had been renovated and the furniture and flooring were nice and clean. The property is older but the grounds are kept nice.

I reserved 3 rooms for my family but our rooms were far apart. I was not happy that the room cleaning or just freshening up was not daily. Although the room itself was clean. I would have appreciated if they at least refresh or puff our beds. Otherwise the location was great and the kids enjoyed their stay.

The staff were very nice and location is great. The room had a kitchen which is great but not very well provisioned. And breakfast left a bit to be desired. We would go back. Love Lake Tahoe!

The doors to the parking area slams very loud and there wasn’t any cookie sheets available to bake on. The bed needs replaced as it had divots on both sides. The bathroom door handle also needed a screw. It came off when we opened the door, and therefore just left the door cracked the remaining of our stay. The windows don’t seal. You can hear people when they are out at the pool and can be loud. This location was perfectly centered. It was right next to the gondola and shopping. The target was only a block over. The breakfast was good and they offer different activities every night. The hotel was nice and I would consider staying again. The other guests were so noisy and very loud.

This is our second time staying at this property. We will stay there again when we return. The rooms are large and comfortable for a few nights. The rooms have a full working kitchen. The amenities the hotel offers: nightly events, complimentary complete breakfast, laundry mat, and BBQ grill reservations. The staff is friendly in the kitchen, maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk. We enjoy the convenience of being near the South Lake Tahoe area and nearby supermarkets, and all the restaurant the Heavenly village offers.
