This place is beautiful but choose lakeview side but not all of them have the view because if not you’ll be sent Cross the road to mountain way , is clean , comfortable beds the only issue is the few dishes and pants to cook literally for two people only but it’s rent for more so be aware , great location and polite staff

Great stay overall! Clean and solid amount of accommodations in terms of a well stocked kitchen, easy parking, large selection of TV channels, comfortable couches/living room area, warm water, functioning heating unit etc. Only nitpick is was hard to locate at night due to non lit signage. Would have appreciated better signage and/or direction on where cottage was (ie across the street from the main beach facing cottages)

Pictures are very misleading, so be aware of that. It’s a gamble what room you’ll get. Location is great though. I booked a comfort studio, they gave me a classic studio for half of the stay, I had to argue a little with them to give me the correct room. Average stay.

we booked this place for our first family Christmas celebration away from home and for an early birthday celebration. It was so BEAUTIFUL! the area is very kid friendly, have space to play in the snow. Bryan the property manager was so accommodating. we would definitely come back, considering it for summer time already also.

Great newly renovated room with kitchen. Perfect size for 2 people and great price. We wanted to add an extra night but had trouble reaching the front desk. It was low season but took a while to be able to add that night.

Worst stay from hotel on this site
We were put on the 2nd floor even though there was very few others there. Was never able to check in because the front desk closed before 4:00pm which was check in time. And I have a bad back which kept me in constant pain from going up and down as well as the bed had a huge hump in mattress. 1st night we had a most unexpected noise being produced by the heater in room. Called front desk next day and told them. Maintenance never called us like they told us, and had to endure hearing it which got worse each night. Had 2kids and baby with us which woke up baby each time it made the noise. Which was 2 times an hour. By end of trip I was wanting to leave to get away from this place. When checking out staff was not there again before check out time so could not tell them all the issues with room. Won’t stay here again.

The kitchen area is amazing. I only stayed for 1 night but have no doubt I will be choosing to stay here again. I was able to make breakfast in the morning. They have everything! Baking sheet,pots,pans, utensils and much more.
