The hotel room cleaning staff needs fired. We has a huge mold and hair blob in the bathroom. Any human mopping the bathroom can ser it. Why wasn't it addressed? The one saving grace is the mattresses whuch are superb. Let's hope the current renovations turn it around.

They offer room service but you have to tell the front desk that you want it. And trying to contact the front desk is impossible you have to go to the front desk to talk to anyone and it’s not like they were busy every time I went there they’re was no Guest there they just don’t answer the phone for why I couldn’t tell you other than that great stay they just need to have better Communication with their guest when you call the front desk on the phone

Nothing was open inside the hotel they had no staff. We called from our room and no answer had to walk down for extra blankets and towels. Totally not worth the price

The hot water didn’t work and Zi was mad, but the manager, Brian, replaced my room with a 12th for suite and I loved it. I could see Lake Tahoe and Edgewood golf course. The suite was fantastic. I must choose suite next time. The new owner, Fertitti, is expected to make Golden Nugget the premier casino in Tahoe, I’m told

Upon check in they placed me in a handicapped room, unrequested. When asking where my original Mountain View suite was they said they were sold out. However magically one appeared available. So after shuffling between 2 rooms. We finally settled in.

Check in was smooth until it wasn’t. I was placed in a handicapped room NOT upon my request. When I asked for the regular Mountain View room I requested and booked I was told they were booked. Magically they found us an upgraded suite. So after some shuffling we were able to settle in.
