The day of the nugget was much better. This one there was a fee for parking. There’s construction going on everywhere. The rooms are really awesome. Save some money and stay next-door at the nugget.

Refrigerator did not work, service tech did not respond, front desk was unavailable and I had to leave a message after lengthy phone recording options. After waiting an hour the room got warm and found out that the A/C did not work as well. Went down to the front desk and had to threaten to get a refund before the clerk offered to move me to a new room. They finally moved me to a new room the was 5 floors lower and the view not as nice. I should have stayed at Harare’s accross the street.

We had a one off "loud" emergency announcement that required us to vacate the premises at 7 am in the morning. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs into the cold, only to be told that is was a false alarm. A rough way to be woken up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the beautiful suite.

1. FD staff assured me that self parking was discounted at $20 (instead of usual $30) 2. Yet couldn’t get out of parking garage w/o paying a $30 fee 2. Left 2 items in room, call FD to ask that they send said items to me in Minden NV (valley floor east of lodging and it was insurmountable challenge. And no, never received them) 3. Heavy construction going on certainly the 2nd floor (chk in/out, FD floor) 4. Not really amused or impressed 5. Stayed in room 646, looked fair, but worn 6. Upside, thought bed and pillows were good for me my preferences (firm, 2 firm pillows, 2 soft pillows 7. Window view was good, some mountains in background, partial view of corridor /casino area 8. Room thermostat did nothing to raise temperature

The hotel room was fine. The room did not have a microwave which sucked. Also, they provided no room service! To be more detailed, they didnt clean our room while we stayed there. Also, me and my girlfriend ordered food from the hotel and there was plastic in her lasagna! Had to reorder another one. Plus there was construction and construction tape around the property which made it unsafe in certain areas.
