For the price, the property was not up to par. We paid $2,100 for four nights. The room was very run down. Beds were lumpy, carpet dirty and had tears in it. The first night we had NO hot water. In the winter. We were told there was no maintenance person on the entire property and we would have to wait until the morning to have someone look into it. So no showers for us. Bathtub had a hair in it, not a hug deal, that sometimes happens, I could tell the room had been cleaned, but the no hot water was an issue. Then on the third day something weird happened. We left the room in the morning, I was the last to use the restroom. When we returned, the room had been cleaned, however the toilet (there was only one toilet) was clogged! With a maxi pad and toilet paper. Totally odd, since I do not use maxi pads as I am past that point. So there was a pad floating and toilet paper clogging the toilet. Totally perplexing. After the confrontation I had with the front desk clerk regarding the water on the first night, I did not report this issue, but my husband graciously unplugged the toilet. We actually left one night early (Sunday instead of Monday morning). As I'm writing this, I called to get my receipt emailed to me just to make sure they check us out, I was just told that I would have to call back tomorrow morning because no one on the premises knows how to look up a reservation or email a receipt except a manager and there are no managers on duty. Again, bit of a mess.
