Loved our stay here, our room was massive. Could easily walk around and find many places for coffee, food, and other needs. Also right next to the casinos which was perfect for a night out.

Fantastic property in terms of service, facilities, location and cleanliness. The only fault I could think of is having to wait for a while to get your car in and out of the property as it only has valet, self parking is not allowed. Please note that we paid extra especially for its proximity to Heavenly Gondola, however it was closed (due to wind) for the 3days out of the 5days we stayed in Marriott Timber Lodge. This is not the hotel's fault though but good to bear in mind. We will definitely come back.

We had a nice villa with a kitchen. My issue is with the service. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with worse service. No daily cleaning. Rude and unfriendly woman at check-in. You can’t get anyone on the phone if you have a question. You have to text and wait for a response. It’s just not a service-oriented hotel.
