We love the pool. It’s one option we can count on year round. The hotel itself is ok. The disappointing part was waking up and hearing a pipe noise every 7 seconds through the night. It didn’t wake anyone in my party but made it hard to fall back asleep. Hopefully that is resolved for other parties on that floor.

The bed was super uncomfortable so we moved. They gave us another bed that was equally uncomfortable. The second rooms A/C was broken so they had to move us again. The over all tepid the hotel was incredibly hot. I will never stay there again.

Very outdated, cold shower water, no blankets given on bed, cleaning was upon request only. Room was dingy and dirty for price and someone’s moldy food was still in the fridge….Parking key was a pain, hard to get in and out of lot. Disappointed

Unfortunately the property is in need of repair, the wallpaper and paint in the room was peeling. The mini fridge was broken and freaked when opened. They replaced it very promptly but the replacement also didn’t work and smelled awful. The staff were very professional and very kind.

We had a great time staying in Bally’s for the first time and will definitely be back! It was snowing a lot the whole time, but snow was cleaned right away and we could drive where we needed to. Pool and hot tub were such a good addition, we used it every day, kids loved it. Shopping and food is close by.

We went to the pool and a bunch of college kids were there drinking champagne, bottles, and beer bottles and nothing was being done. Then we go back to the room and we have dogs barking all night long till midnight for over three hours. They were crying and screeching until they finally found the owners Then I pay for valet and the guy doesn’t get my car so I have to wait longer.
