The room was very dirty. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to get towels and an extra blanket. No one ever answers the phone. Customer service at the desk would not recommend the place.

The elevators were horrible! Shower had no hot water. Parking ticket deceiving it says to pay by phone, yet you are charged at check out. I was not told this at anytime about the pay by phone.

The property is horrible, the AC and heater did not work , no maid service , this is not a resort hotel that charges $30 per day , no amenities, pool was cold, bath towels were irritated to the seen and face ,. Whe I complained to the manager, the resort fee was waived, but when I got home , the fee was not credited to my account . I will not stay at this hotel ever again.
