Great place to stay, front desk was super helpful and had a great view of the lake with a private beach as well as a hot tub open 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were wonderful, the area around was great, the vew we had of the water was stunning. Since it gets dark quickly they even allowed us to check in early a little and check out late a little to watch the view and make use of our reservation. They are wonderful I highly recommend this place! 10/10

Beautiful and serene
This was my second time staying at this property. It is absolutely beautiful! Check-in was fast and the front desk staff friendly. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the private beach area. This is a new favorite spot and I will definitely be back soon!

This hotel is a real gem. Right on the lake with a beautiful beach. Lots of amenities...water bikes, kayaks, SUPs for your use. We enjoyed the firepits in the evenings. Location is close to Incline Village, Kings Beach or Tahoe City. Staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and anything we could need. Rooms need a little updating, but they are roomy and having a kitchenette was very helpful. Design of the hotel was awesome as all rooms have a little seating area in front of them with a lake view. We will definitely be returning!!

Nice location on private beach
There was so many carpenter ants. They are huge and not only were outside but inside the room. We even had them in our bed and decided to leave early in the morning. I had to get my daughter out of bed because the ants were crawling towards her head. The location is gorgeous. There was no pool at the time but the ants were overwhelming. No air conditioning in the room.

It’s right on the lake, so that’s perfect of course. Unfortunately the person at the front desk was quite rude. The property itself was undergoing maintenance while we were there.
