We had a great stay for an anniversary trip to Lake Tahoe. We stayed 20+ years ago when it was the Fantasy Inn so booked it as a sort of nostalgic nod. Super cute property with commentary bikes, staff was great and the room was clean and very large. We really enjoyed the fireplace and extra large spa tub. The location is great as well.

The room was clean and big. We enjoyed walking to the casinos instead of paying for parking. They also had bikes you could borrow for free. There was a fire pit outside to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

The Postmarc Hotel is safe and quiet and well situated close to the lake and restaurants. The room was spacious, but we didn't like the "spa shower and tub" which was only enclosed by curtains. The shower was very uncomfortable on the soles of our feet too. Worst of all, there's no elevator, so to haul luggage up stairs to rooms was very difficult. We would not stay there again.

Issues at Hotel

We had water dripping from the ceiling of our bathrooom at 11:00 the night we stayed. We were asked to move to another room. The morning we left I ran the sink hot water for 15 minutes. I never did get any hot water. No compensation was offered which I think was indicated based on our experience.
