Staff was very pleasant. A few things, such as USB ports and outlets on the bedside tables either functioned poorly or not at all. But nice room otherwise.

Room smelled bad possibly from carpet that gets wet in winter from skiers boots and gear. Probably moldy underneath. when I got home and unpacked my suitcase my nightgown smelled like the room and we only slept there one night. Staff friendly. Nice view. Would never stay again.

This is an older property but, we were very pleased with its location; central to shopping, dining and the lake was right across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Old and Tired with Great Location

Location hands down fantastic. But the owners are putting no money back in it. It’s somewhat run down. Expect adequate, not nice. Staff worked hard to please us despite limited lobby hours. Great restaurants and path along lake.

The staff was great. I have to thank the cleaning service for finding my daughter’s Gold necklace which meant a lot to her! My complaint is that the rooms need new flooring . The carpet was very dirty to the point that wearing my white socks in the room turned them brown. For that reason I would probably not go bank there again .

We found out the day before our arrival that road construction was happening right in front of the hotel at night. It didn't turn out to be much of an issue, but it did not just begin. We should have been advised sooner so that we would have an option to change. Access and parking was a minor issue. The mattress on our bed has as hard as a rock with no padding, probably the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on.

The view and location is nice but with no ac it can get loud. They do provide fans. The worst are the beds which are some of the hardest I've ever slept on.
