My name is Timothy Filburn. I stayed at your establishment the 18th and 19 October 2024. When I arrived, I tried to cancel the reservation because I found out that a friend of mine had been bitten by a brown recluse spider. Your manager said that was not going to happen. My girlfriend found a cockroach on the morning of the 19th. I went and showed it to your manager and that’s when he said he contacted you and that you would give me a $50 reimbursement, which I didn’t feel was adequate. And then I went back to the room and found a spider in the room. I was told when I came back this afternoon that you had said that because I didn’t take the $50 I wasn’t going to get anything. This is completely totally unacceptable.!! You should be ashamed to run in business like this!! I’m gonna leave a review every single chance and every single website I

I paid to stay. Once I arrived I learned that there is a specific time check in closes. No one answers the telephone or emails. I had to find another hotel to stay at. Now Expedia’s team can’t get a hold of them for a refund. This property is unresponsive.

The online pictures on their website make this place look updated and new. As soon as my lady and I walked into the room we were very disappointed. Almost all the furniture is very old, the walls have different colors schemes, old patched up work all over this room. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, the lamps were old and damaged, the recessed lighting was hanging down. The heart shaped tub was old and scratched. Overall an old outdated room and we definitely should have payed way less for a room like that. Front desk people were nice but that’s about the only good thing about this place. This place has a ton of potential due to its location but I would not recommend it unlit these rooms are properly updated.

I normally try to see the good in every hotel I stay but, the pictures looked nothing like the room I actually stayed in. I understand that its a hotel but, a little upkeep goes a long way all the furniture was very scratched and dinged up. The one feature that i really loved about the room, the gas fireplace, had a note on it that it was to only be used by the staff of the hotel. My stay was nice but my room was very lackluster.

It was cute, fireplace, wifi, the shower/hot tub/ the bed was comfy, there was ice and a fridge. Only downside is extending your stay may cost you up to $35 an hour.

The room is terrible, small, very noisy at nights
I don’t know why this room cost me $500 on weekend, it’s totally not worth it. First, the water pipe is very loud, me and my husband was awakened at 3am by the water pipe sound, and it’s continued 1 hour, the whole night I can’t sleep. Second, the shower drain was blocked. Third, the hairdryer is not working. The room is so small, we don’t have any room for our suitcase, and the room only have one nightstand, the other one is refrigerator. If someone walking upstair, you will never get a good rest because it’s so loud! I am not satisfied with the room, the environment and everything makes me think it is under $100 per night.
