We liked that it was walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. The only complaint was that the ac wasn’t working well enough to cool down the room. Mind you, Tahoe was only about in the high 70’s low 80’s. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I selected this location due to it's previous reviews. I really can't understand how it even received one positive review. Room was smaller than stated size, it smelled musty, furniture was outdated. We had to get new linen and pillows, the pillows actually smelled like pet urine. Window A/C. Was noisy & smelled, shower drain was too small and restricted all the water pooled up. Not a recommendable place to stay.

They put me in a room for people with disabilities without me asking for it, where the accessible bathroom was very bad for taking a shower, I went to the reception to inform and request the change, and I was very poorly attended by the receptionist who informed me that to change rooms I would have to pay an extra 180 dollars, absurd, I took a photo to complain, and the customer service at expedia also did not help at all.

This place definitely needs some work and maintenance. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything that is happening outside and upstairs. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat. The staff member during check-in was short and not forthcoming with any information. Parking sucks. The only thing this place has going for itself is the location but with so many other places to stay nearby I will not be coming here again. If you’re just looking for a place to holdup it will do, however if you want quiet and relaxation then this isn’t it.

Upstairs person walked a lot during the late hours. We could hear all the footsteps and noise, even in the late hours. We could also hear the water run from the shower from the upstairs or adjoining rooms. A laminate wood plank was broken in front of the bathroom causing a bit of a tripping hazard. We liked that it was walking distance to restaurants and shops.
