I booked a family room through Expedia, but when I checked in, I found out it was overbooked—and I hadn’t been told about this beforehand. Luckily, the hotel staff were amazing! They quickly offered me two rooms instead, only charged me for one, and gave the other for free. The receptionist was super helpful and explained that I’d get a refund from Expedia. Dealing with Expedia was the hard part—it took me two days just to get a partial refund, which was frustrating after such a long trip. Aside from that, the hotel was great! The view was beautiful, the room was nice, and everything else was perfect. I really appreciate how the receptionist solved the problem. Hopefully, Expedia will handle things faster next time. The hotel itself is easily 4–5 stars, but I’m giving 3 stars this time so people are aware of the issue.

Loved the room and kitchen. The pool and hot tub was amazing, and I loved the private beach. I'm bummed that they are selling this time share. I'm hoping whoever buys keeps it the same as well as the pricing. I would love to bring my family back for a vacation.

Grass area and beach in front of hotel are full of duck poop. You have to be really carefull where you walk. Asked for housekeeping that didn't show up.

This was such a great experience for our family of 5. Two adults and three kids fit perfectly in the bed and the sofa bed. We loved our little cabin. We couldn't leave windows open because of the wildlife ( they had fans), but it was a little warm at bedtime ,but it cooled down. They had basketball courts volleyball.courts, a rec room with popcorn, towels and board games. So cute ! And the best part it was less than 2 minutes walk to their private beach ! And not to mention very close to Kings Beach, shopping, and local restaurants . We had such a great stay !

Stay ‘sleeps 4’ was a total scam. There was one murphy bed and one sofa bed that were very small so only sleeps 2. Room was SMALL - when we opened both beds we couldn’t even walk. What happens in an emergency? It’s dangerous!!!!! The room was very dirty, the carpet was broken in various areas. I opened the cabinet to use a glass and the glasses were disgustingly dirty, with traces of a previous beverage and even broken. I have pictures of everything. It was a scam for the amount that I paid and I will ask for (at least) a partial refund.

This property is a great location with lots to do for the whole family! The beach was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My unit was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the floors could be mopped a bit better. Overall, I would stay again

There was dirt dust and someone’s chapstick under the pull out bed . The hotel is just older and could use some updates. Everything else was satisfactory. We would stay again it was a quick fun trip with our granddaughter and she had a blast. We have been coming there for years the pool furniture was dirty tables etc just maybe need a good scrubbing.
