Awesome customer service, top notch Hilton.
The customer service was on point. The staff was great, very helpful and seasoned. The room was excellent but toward the end of my 2 night 3 day stay the microwave fuse would trip and I couldn’t heat up any of my kids food. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and use their microwave. The room 843 was awesome, very clean and had all the amenities, except for a stove. Overall I enjoyed the stay it was just a bummer that we could not use the pool due to the weather.

Staff were nice and friendly, but not many working at the front desk. Usually at least a minimum of 2 depending on the time. The stay was what we needed it to be. They had some arcade games, pool, shuffle board, tennis court, etc which were great. The sofa bed looked a bit dirty, so we didn’t even bother using it. Other than that, it wasn’t too bad. It had its perks with the games they provided there.

Property, front desk and valet parking were wonderful. Unfortunately no dining/bar available, housekeeping only came once in seven days. Alex parking only, but very friendly. No coffee bar available between Monday-Thursday, only drip coffee available no breakfast food available. Pool and Spa great.

We stayed here for a week at the end of July. Me, My Wife and two young boys loves the hotel. Super nice and helpful staff. The valets were greatt. You must have them park your can. No self parking. But we never had to wait more than 5 mins for our vehicle. The only downside we had was, no onsite restaurants. They do have gas grills for guests use though. And Safeway isn't to far away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful and from my opinion very family friendly. With great pool access plus grilling options, arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, and billards. Quiet and clean, we cant wait to possibly book here in the winter because it is across the street from one of the Heavenly lifts and the Lake Link shuttle is amazing.

Property was very nice hotel very nice there was an issue with check-in. We got confused with the Hilton resort on the lake and I guess it happens all the time. It was far away from everything and the big issue I have is it was very expensive for showering. Water pressure was horrible. It took my wife an hour to shower. Wash your hair, and take care of herself to 10 minutes to get hot water just for that kind of price. She would think you’d have better amenities than that and so far away from the strip you think you have a shuttle service strictly for that hotel but it was very nice. Hotel was great.

We were here during a busy Tahoe week but it worked out great! It was too far to walk to Heavenly village (1.5 miles) but it’s easy to drive down and park in parking garage by heavenly Village and walk around those shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful with a nice outside pool, coffee bar, pastries for breakfast and a store with lots of snacks and drinks. We would stay here again!
