Room heater and heated toilet seat were broken. Honeymoon suite only had coffee supplies for 1. Staff was rude on multiple occasions. I was excited to stay at the Coachman after a previous visit that was stellar. However, this visit makes me second guess another booking.

Great amenities, very accomodating staff, and very dog friendly! I loved the heated toilet seat in my room and the fact that the pool and spa are open year-round. It is close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

Excellent location, walkable distance to the main stateline strip. Very comfy beds,.good heating and great shower. Reception area is lovely, the fire pits and smores were a real hit and the complimentary coffee in the morning is excellent. Hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

AMAZING
Im not one to leave review's but i feel that it's a must. Wonderful hotel and doesn't break the bank. Service 10/10 all staff including general manager were welcoming and and were quick to address any questions or concern. Went the extra mile to get to briefly know us and gave us good recommendations during our stay and for our future visits. Location is great walking distance to mainly everything stores, casino, and restaurants. We definitely will be back. Thanks Ben, Sosa, and Magarate (not sure if that was her name but she was amazing and fun to talk to while at the bar 11/7/24 around 6pm). Keep up the great job and the positive vibes

Amazing! Such a lovely feel with loads of little touches such as smores by the fire that made the experience. Free bike hire and cute bar area. Room was clean and modern with apple TV. Definitely stay here.
