Every associate from bellman to check in were extremely friendly and courteous. A little disappointed at the $65 a night resort fee and &30 a night parking fee. Seems excessive. Room was spacious and comfortable except for lighting. There were four lights out in the room.

I selected a "lakeview" room and was thrilled by the exquisite view of Lake Tahoe from my third-story balcony. I was able to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. Room service was very good and promptly delivered, and dinner at Jimmy's was excellent. I received exceptional service at the spa as well. The front desk service was mediocre compared to the rest of the hotel. I expected to be asked about my stay upon checkout; instead, I received the impression that the person didn't care about my experience. That was disappointing, but I'd still recommend The Landing for its restaurant, views, comfort, and amenities.

Was disappointed in the location of the resort in terms of beach access. Room was first floor steps from the road/parking for beach. Horrible view-considering “beachfront”-basically saw backs of vehicles which were not hotel guests. Strange area-didn’t feel overly safe, beach access was gated and locked, however held open(?)

Love this place. We even booked an extra night as we loved it! Very family friendly feel and smaller. Usually stay at Edgewood, but thought we’d get a way nicer room with a lake view and large balcony than a standard room at Edgewood. Jimmy restaurant is great too. Great service and food. Special thanks to Charles and Mel. Very friendly and accommodating Love this place.

Great hotel with great service. It is 30' from Lakeside beach and Lake Tahoe. The restaurant has great a lovely views of the lake. Great forca honeymoon or engagement.

Such a beautiful hotel, far enough away from the casino area, but close enough to walk. They offer shuttle service as well. Gorgeous views of the lake and such a nice walking area. The rooms were very nice and the service was excellent.
