The inside was actually very good, clean and spacious. The stairs need some repair, some felt like they would break loose when stepping on them. Paint and or finish was needed in several places outside the building.

You cannot use the amenities at the other property as it states. Your keys do not work there. Unless someone lets you in. The oven is a convection microwave that does not cook food fully.

The most outstanding view I've ever seen from a hotel room. The view to the Carson Valley thousands of feet below was unforgettable along with the view of the surrounding mountains on which the Hotel sits. While grocery and restaurant options were limited compared to South Lake Tahoe proper, both were a short walk away. For hiking and mountain bike enthusiasts the 170 mile long Tahoe Rim Trail is a nearby easy walk and there are other hiking/biking trails to explore as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the fact that it has 2 bathrooms, the balcony, washer and dryer. The jacuzzi area. We had a great time.

Overall a good room for the late spring. Only issue we had was the WiFi not working. Not a deal breaker but when we check out just made mention that the WiFi wouldn’t take the password was told “oh well it probably just switch over to a new password and your checking out so it’s not that big of a deal now”
