Hotel CERRADO
Pésimo, la Posada estaba CERRADA. NUNCA ATENDIÓ NADIE.
USTEDES TIENEN QUE VERIFICAR ESTO ANTES DE CONFIRMAR UNA RESERVA COMO LO HICIERON.
ME PASÓ LO MISMO EN EL HOTEL SILPAY, EN TACNA.
EN NINGUNO DE LOS DESTINOS (PUNO Y TACNA) PUDE DORMIR EN LOA DOS HOTELES CON RESERVA CONFIRMADA X MAIL!!!!
ES INACEPTABLE, Y EXIJO UNA EXPLICACION.
