The picture of our room had an overstuffed chair. My wife has a spinal disease. She is in a wheelchair and can’t sleep laying down. When I saw the picture of our room, I knew that she could sleep in that room (which we actually paid more for). When we got to our room, that chair was not there. I went to the front desk to explain to them about the overstuffed chair, they said it must have been damaged. They said they could give us a refund. But after 10 hours of driving, the last thing I wanted to do was find another motel. My wife had to sleep in her wheelchair. It was a terrible night.
The breakfast that they offered was toast, cereal or frozen waffles.
However, the staff and cleaning people were really friendly.
