NO ELEVATOR
NO ELEVATOR. Be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. NO HOT WATER. Prepare for Luke warm water. Also did not give me my Gold status items.

There were no problems booking the stay. The elevator was not working so the inconvenience of having to go up the stairs with a lot of luggage wasn’t fun. We were woken up at 6 am with a loud noise. We thought it was the staff working on the elevator. We went for breakfast which was fine. We came back to our room to leave and the card wouldn’t work. It ended up being a broken lock. Some things just happen but when we left we didn’t have great customer service when asking about our stay. That was really disappointing.
