From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Alma, who assisted us, greeted us with warmth and kindness, ensuring we had everything we needed. She took the time to guide us and seemed to understand our situation effortlessly, creating a sense of comfort and care that made all the difference. Unlike our previous experience elsewhere—where our reserved room was extremely small, not suitable for individuals with disabilities, and had bathroom issues like a broken toilet lid—this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room we were given was spacious, safe, and well-prepared, providing the comfort we needed. What made the difference even more striking was that the other hotel, despite all its shortcomings, was significantly more expensive than this one. Here, we not only received better accommodations but also outstanding service at a much better value. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and this experience reminded us how much great service can elevate a trip. We would definitely return, knowing we’d be met with the same kindness and professionalism.
