Bitter sweet stay

The staff were very helpful. The room was 1/2 remodeled. Bed comfy. Headboard was scratched by a cat. Not very appealing. Basic cleaning was done in bathroom. Dusting and cleaning the light switch covers was not done. Tried uploading photos but option wouldn't work
