Not a good value.
Extremely dated hotel. Beds should be in a dumpster. Location was the reason I tried it. No breakfast The pool is destroyed. Hasn't been used lately The bar that used to be in there has been closed a long time but I see staff, In the bar area eating drinking whatever check in with like I was in a foreign country not a language issue just so confused because everything is done through nine different companies like hotels.com etc

Absolutely terrible!!!! It smells, the phone and TV are broken, there is NEVER anyone available at the front desk, no towels/rags… So many things wrong I can’t even bring myself to try an find something nice to say.

This was a last minute reservation. We arrived at 4 pm for check in and stood in the lobby for 40 minutes. Finally, a lady showed up to take the other people waiting in the lobby to “look” at a room and stated she would be back soon. Just by looking at the lobby, it was full of old decor and dust. The bar area was closed and looked like it was used for storage. Items definitely not organized in there. Got tired of waiting and left.

Terrible place! Had to travel for a last minute business trip to assist with storm damage, only to arrive at this hotel turning me away because they sold it out from under me. My card was already charged and it took hours, and multiple calls to get my money back.

Walked into the lobby and it was very stinky. The lady at the desk seemed to be flirting with 2 customers.. and finally said she would be right with me. Waited. While waiting I looked up reviews… and saw a few about sleeping with the bed bugs… so I left. Did not stay.

very poorly run, staff inadequate
very poorly run. Stayed the night of the hurricane 10/09/24. check-in was haphazard, the restaurant was closed and all questions were answered by a nice Chinese girl who needed her phone to translate as she only spoke Chinese. Room was OK. I was never given a receipt or any paperwork, only the room key. I paid for 2 nights just in case, but only stayed the one night. No one was at the desk at any time that day or the next morning at 10AM when I left. Only person working was a nice Chinese man who told me to call the number on the wall and they could help me get my refund. I have called every day and left messages to no avail. The phone # online does not answer. Just disputed the charge on my credit card for half. Never stay there again,

Very run down property with very limited number of employees. The room did not have trash cans or kleenex. The microwave did not work, the tv malfunctioned, poorly lit room, and a shower head that was only adequate. Also, check in took a long time.

This place is awful there was so much mold in the room and the bathroom it smelled awful. The front desk lady was nice but it seemed a bit shady that I had to pay a cash hotel fee separate from what I had already paid for. This hotel is gross and over priced
