The staff was friendly. The room was clean, There was a little shop with snacks. We didn't catch breakfast but I was able to get some coffee and hot tea after breakfast.

The blankets on the bed were warm and fluffy. That was important because it was sooo cold outside. They had hot cocoa in the the Lobby. :)

this hotel is very run down and honestly scary. Adults or people that stay here long term are hanging out being loud, smoking dope and just being high or drunk. I stayed a night here with my husband. I wouldn't feel safe staying here alone.

I walked into my room and there were big holes all in the filthy dirty carpet but that wasn’t the worst it was the cockroaches crawling on the walls. I turned around and asked for refund. They said they couldn’t refund me because I booked through you. You said I would get a refund but I still have yet to receive a refund to my card. Please reach out to me to find out about when I will receive my refund. Worst part was they didn’t even blink an eye about the roaches so they already knew they were there. Shame on them and you for not dealing with this situation faster.

Overall clean
The beds are comfortable, nice clean sheets, 3 pillows, and overall clean, except I do not go barefoot in ANY motel. My socks did pickup dirt. They pick up dirt in any motel we've stayed in however. It would be nice to have newer towels, but the ones we had were clean. Clearly Wyndham is improving, but apparently not doing it all at once.

Had a room that the widow faced the road outside. There was no curtains so no privacy and the lights outside the window made it so that i got little to no sleep. Asked for $100 room deposit, and they were upset that i paid it in cash and when i checked out they refused to refund it. At furst they wanted to refer me to the place i booked through for a refund. Waited over an hour after checking out for a manager to refund my money. After reviewing my rental info found that was originally already included. So dont know if an employee or the hotel itself where trustworthy. Will not be staying with them again
