Do not book this dump!!!!
Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this dump. The lobby had dirty mops & buckets. Everywhere in random places there’s crime tape blocking things off. The elevator, floors and carpets are gross. The air conditioner doesn’t work enough and the smells are awful. In the lobby at checkin another guest was on the phone trying to secure another hotel because her daughter has asthma and couldn’t take the smells. This may be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel in really bad conditions
The building is falling apart, broken doors, lights, carpets in the hallways and room very dirty, the elevator is scary with scratches and small graffitis, the hole building smell humidity. The AC unit in the room make so much noise, the bathroom walls needs repair, etc, etc. In few words find another hotel to stay.

The hotel is right along the highway and I have never been in such a noisy hotel in all my 55 years. It was impossible to sleep. In top of that the first room I was in the water pipe made such loud noises it sounded like a train. In the second room the TV didn’t work. The sink was cracked. The elevator smelled like dog pee. Don’t stay here!

When i arrived to my room, i noticed a strong pumpkin smell. Kind of rotten. Then, i look around to see the smoke detector covered in tissue paper. Then i glance to the floor, there are crumbs all over. A fry that was clearly several DAYS old was found beside a bed. I had just gotten back from eating out, I put the kids to sleep, then got up to finish my leftovers. There were roaches in my box. I look around the rest of the room for anymore roaches & found one crawling up my bed frame. If it wasn’t so late and my babies weren’t asleep right now, I’d be out of here. I am in disgust. I will be getting little to no sleep tonight.

The property is conveniently located in a busy area right off I-4. The staff were very nice and pleasant, but thats it. My "suite" had a horrible odor, which the staff tried to fix. I even left to buy candles which I had going to whole time. I was informed that the smell was likely the carpet from when Milton came through, so mold and also bcuz of animals. This was after they smelt the odor I was referring to. The couch in the room looked infected with the plague. I laid towel on the carpet from the bed to bathroom to feel more sanitary walking. I only needed the room for one night, and had paid through expedia soo its not like they could've refunded me or else I would've left. I slept in my jacket with a face mask. Never again. Fyi the rest of the hotel did not smell like my room and the front was very nice and clean.

Quick check in... that ended up being the only thing good about this place. As soon as we walked into the room we were hit with an aroma of old cat piss thought it was the air being off and needed to circulate so went to the window to turn the air on and was greeted by 5 roaches in the curtain. Upon further investigation we found more roaches in the bathroom and the little couch...we didn't even put our bags down and just as quickly as we checked in we checked out and went to another hotel. Never again and would not recommend this to anyone
