Look, it's cheap. It's an old school motel, a little run down but the room was clean. However, noisy at night due to traffic and lots of sketchy people running around.

The clerk was sleep had to knock on the glass to wake her up…. The beds we too hard to get comfortable… water took 20 minutes or better to heat up and for a non smoking room it smelled just like someone had smoked in it

Well I had n stay yesterday last night n this morning I went to office to pay for another night before 11 I was told no more room n I get y'all app told me there was 4 n I paid for it right there in office on my app they still made me check out n would not let me stay in the room I was already in I have never been told that before I have stay at motel 6 n spent lots of money in the last 6 years I was very upset n they didn't let me check back in till 230 n there room I was in last night is still currently open .. so therefire I shoukd not have been told I had to move room it cost me more money checking out at 11 this morning and coming back at I was told 130 n didn't get checked in till 230 cause I had to pay for a Uber n then come back when I could have stayed in room I was in the didn't pro rate me a discount nothing I called support the women from support didn't speak good English she was not understanding what I was explaining to her n almost canceled my appointment thanks to the lady at front desk understand the situation she told support she had already spoken to me I was offend n very upset I spend n have spend most of money in the years n I feel I should be crediting some kind of discount for my stay n or something thank u kind regards Stephanie

Booked online with Expedia arrived only to find out the hotel was completely booked and the front desk reception totally waived us off and said to call Expedia Just a bunch of brush off and zero accountability from the hotel or Expedia!

In order to use the sink you had to turn the water on via the shutoff valves, the toilet did not flush properly and the tub could not be used to bath, you only had the option to use the shower instead.

No elevator, slippery stairs; don’t bother.

I contacted the hotel to let them know I needed a first floor pet friendly room. When I checked in, I was given a third floor room. No elevator and no one to help haul bags up 3 flights of stairs. Asked for a refund & left.

Non existent customer service

Horrible customer service. Front desk attendant was very rude and it is impossible to get them to answer the phone. When I got there and told the clerk that I had tried calling numerous times, she told me that it don’t matter. She don’t have to answer if she don’t want to… she was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn’t even check me in until 2 hrs after my arrival simply stating that she “didn’t feel like it” and refused to give me the management contact info!!!! Once I finally got checked in, we stayed for 7 nights . We had two guest but were only provided with one set of towels and housekeeping never checked on our rooms even one single time!!! When I asked for another set of towels, I was refused

When I got to motel, they told me they gave my room (which I already paid for on Expedia) to someone else and there were no more rooms left. I still haven’t heard back from Expedia about a refund.
