I enjoyed the cabin look outside and the suttle atmosphere inside. Very cozy and it was impeccable cleanliness. The owner let my son and I check in early with no questions asked. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay even tho it was short. I really don't have anything to say about what I did not like. It was above and beyond the service anyone could ask for. My son and I were in cabin 11 The neighbor had a yellow lab dog. She was very well behaved. I have to give our neighbor a high 5 For his training of a wonderful animal

Don't stay in cabin 3. No place to sit outside. Screened in porch dirty and not usable. Get rid of the hot tub (since it doesn't work anyway) and replace with sofa or chairs. Only place to sit is two kitchen chairs. Outside of cabins need repaired. Inside rustic. Pictures not accurate. For the price wouldn't stay here again.

We had cabin 10, away from the main street which was awesome. Our cabin gave us seclusion, rest and relaxation, exactly what the doctor ordered. Parking was directly next to our cabin, awesome. I loved the use of our kitchen space, as we prepared/cooked much of our own food and enjoyed eating it in the private comfort of our Arizona room. The view of the recreation area from our AZ room was nice. The sheets and linen were clean, the bed was comfortable. The cabin is not brand new nor modern, but we weren't expecting that either. The cabin was charming, cozy, clean. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

The host closed early. I arrived at 4:20 and the closed sign was lighted. Supposedly the office should have remained open until 5:00. So I rang the bell, waited about a minute. Host answered the door, cracked it open and was extremely curt when I had a question about the door lock entry code. She gave me the code and quickly shut the door. Pretty rude.

I have been here before and everything is wonderful. Reservation, check-in, and check-out is very easy, The atmosphere is very enjoyable and serene. Had a great time getting away for a few days. It's a great way to recharge. The Staff is very helpful.

A little aged, needs better cleaning, great host.

Hot tub had floaters. To be fair the host offered to drain it and refill, but it was going to take 3 hours. We thanked her but declined and left the pump/filter running while we went to dinner. When we got back everything was clear and sanitized. The couch had quite a but of hair on it and looked like it had not been vacuumed. The cabin was tired in general but the mattress was excellent.

The property description on their website is different than the one on Expedia. Therefore we were disappointed by what we got. The toilet was broken, which they fixed immediately, and kindly waived our pet fee for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly. The bottom of the shower was all black- they might want to check for mold.

My “go to” place!

A most relaxing place to stay! Very well appointed cabin, which was squeaky, clean! Surroundings and atmosphere very relaxing. Wonderful place to stay and I look forward to staying again next year.

Place to stay for hiking in the cool highlands

These are older cabins but have everything one needs. There are a variety of sizes and styles. Each has some outdoor furniture. There are gas grills and a central fire pit area and playground. This is a no frills, unique group of cabins. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bedding. Quiet and safe. Pictures are a good representation.
