In and out with no problems

We arrived late, the front desk guy left our key outside the door in an envelope. Got to the room, look cleaned to me, crashed out, left early.

Well, I've Seen Worse

I will not say the room was 'filthy,' but it is 'dilapidated' at best. The young fella at the desk was very kind. The town is under a water warning. The hotel is in serious need of a rebuild (it's a dive). I would never revisit the place.

I want to thank the manager of the motel. I left my iPad on a countertop in my room. It was dark when I left. He called me within a few hours, and it was in the mail back to me by the end of the day. Thanks so much again.

We did check in late and the entire region was lacking cellular service from a forest fire. Mike was very helpful, although obviously flustered with trying to handle things with no internet. The condition of our room was terrible. I never make reviews and have a high tolerance for affordable hotels and their potential issues. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. It looked like bare earth between the main room and the bathroom. Shower surround was very old and stained. We did not use it.

Most importantly the check-in was great, staff super nice and the room was clean. It is a dated facility and looks like it is in the process of slowly being updated. It is perfect for a quick overnight stay. Yes, I would stay there again.

This hotel is dated. The pictures online make it look much better than it really is. It was quiet. Felt like it was clean. But just needs an update.
