To start off when we get there they didn’t have a room for us so we had to wait, had to eventually be put in a downgrade until they could put us in the room we paid for. Then we finally get into the room and it was not exactly clean pool had a lot of things floating in it so we didn’t get to use it, as for the champagne tower it was dirty we had to clean it before we could use it. Overall this place is not worth what it is priced

There was a lot of ice all over the grounds we could not walk anywhere. The hot tub had brown stuff coming out of it. Our room was freezing. The hot water was not working and on our first full day there the power went out in the entire resort we had to go to the sister resort which we loved a lot more.

Such a wonderful getaway. The staff for dining couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. We loved our room and the outdoors. We will be coming back!

arrived at 3:30 pm to check-in and found the electric was down, and not expected to be operating until the next day. no alternate locations or partnering with other facilities to accommodate our reservation. Literally had 20 people waiting in lines to get help...gave up and cancelled and went somewhere elses.

There was an inspection happening during the check-in time, so they gave us our check-in around 8:15 PM instead of the scheduled 3:30 PM. They allowed us to check out around 2 PM and provided some complimentary packages while we waited. However, it’s still unconventional to wait until 8:15 PM, especially when you only plan to stay for one night. I hope I can get refund for it. For Expedia.

Our stay was good! The first night wasn’t too great since we had gotten a room with a dirty hot tub , but the next day when we brought up our concerns they upgraded us for free & that made up for it! I would definitely like to come back when it’s warmer to do more activities!

This is a lovely resort, clean, friendly and helpful staff, food is amazing with lots of options, there are lots of things to do on the resort. It’s the perfect getaway and the pictures on the website do not show how large clean and amazing this experience is!
