Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Balkiss! L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!! Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire! Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit! De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

Very clean rooms and well kept, lovely staff, and warm welcome, even let us leave our bags in the hotel after check out, so we could explore more of the city before leaving marrakesh.

Mohamed was a very helpful host. Extremely clean, perfect location inside the Medina. I highly recommend this Riad.

Delightful staff and good food.

We stayed at Riad Zazz for three nights, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—it is right in the Medina and close to everything. You can easily do everything by walking, which made exploring so convenient and fun! The second we arrived, we were warmly greeted with delicious Moroccan tea, which was the perfect start to our stay. Because we happened to be the only guests in the hotel during our trip, it felt like our own private oasis. We were treated incredibly well and felt completely pampered the entire time. Lahcen (both of them) truly made our stay unforgettable. He is an absolute gem! He went completely above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always serving us with the greatest kindness and the warmest hospitality. One morning, we had to leave for our desert trip incredibly early and Lahcen left us a beautiful breakfast to take with us on the road. It was such a thoughtful gesture that saved the day! Whether it was packing our early breakfast, giving us great recommendations, or just being incredibly attentive, Lahcen made us feel right at home. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and in the best location possible. Between the perfect setting and the top-notch service from Lahcen, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you are looking for a place where you will be genuinely cared for and close to everything, book Riad Zazz immediately. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful four-days vacation at Riad Eloise in June. The rooms are nice and the rooftop terrasse is lovely. The swimmingpool is very little, and it's at the first floor, but it is possible to have a bath. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was typical for Marocco, and you can buy omelett in addition. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but the shops in the souks is right around the corner. It is several good restaurants close by. We felt safe in the area, and we enjoyed to see how the locals lived in the neighborhood.
