Lamalou-les-Bains Vacation Packages

A lot of mosquitos

The parking and location of the hotel are convenient. However, I couldn’t take a shower for the 2 nights I was there. No hot water, no apologies, no compensation.

Staff was very helpful. Loved the parking garage attached to hotel. Bar, garden, breakfast all were great. Tough place to find tho!

It was a fascinating reuse of an existing building, extremely atmospheric!

We had to book this hotel at the last minute due to a VRBO mis communication for our 3 night stay. The hotel has a lovely pool and restaurant on the 7th floor. Dining in the restaurant was convinenet and delicious. We only had the continental breakfast on our last morning and it was good but completely over-priced.

The location was perfect, the hotel pleasantly appointed and the staff extremely attentive. The problem was with the infrastructure, specifically the foul odour that bedevilled our suite for the duration of our 5-day stay. Since were unable to switch rooms due to a lack of availability, the maintenance staff installed an electrical diffuser to neutralize - rather than eliminate - the odour. However, we were told that the machine needed to be switched off periodically ... whereupon the foul odour returned. To make amends the front office offered a rebate on our final bill but, this was precluded by the fact that we had paid for our stay in advance
