Room was clean, staff was courteous and check-in was quick. Bathroom doors are barn doors with no handle on the inside and basically no privacy. Found that a little strange. There was a party going on 2 doors down from us so I was a little concerned about noise but did not hear a thing. Room was really insulated from noise.

Truly unique place to stay. Restaurant was closed on Sunday so we will have to go back. Hot tub was broken so hope they get that fixed. Christmas decorations were gorgeous

There is no elevator available. The staff has to assist me in my heels get my items up the stairs. No directions how to order room service. I had ordered food earlier in the week and had it delivered to work paid by card on the phone but that is not an option from your room. Room was not clean and furniture in room looks dated. The food is amazing.
